How to get great abs?
I’ve been working out a lot(100 crunches, 20 push- Ups, and I go to a dance class and a gymnastics class once a week. I was wondering if any of you guys know some some great core excersises and arm excersises? I need to improve on core and arms to get better at bars in gym and for my overall weight and health. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

a good core thing would be if you go in a push up position but go on your elbows and make sure you move them in so they’re almost touching but not quite touching. then just stay like that for a minute at the least you can do it for longer. if it doesn’t start to hurt that means you don’t have a tight enough shape and you need to squeeze you might need to put your butt down a little more and squeeze your back harder.
a good arms exercise is if you get about a ten pound weigh and you lean your back against the wall and you bring the weight up 7 times only to the middle then you start from the middle and go to the top 7 times and then you do 7 that go all the way up and down. also you should do probably more then one set of those.
Uh, probably about 1,000 crunches.
