How to get fast six pack abs in a month?
I want to get a six pack, and fast I dont care how painful it will be lol, I just need it fast. Anyways? I have a gut sticking out alittle, and I want it out. Any sudgestions?

Believe it or not running will really help you with a six pack. If you are out of shape i would recommend trying to get back into shape, be able to run at least a mile in under 8 minutes. Also, sprinting will help, along with six inches. Six inches is simply when u lay on your back and hold your feet six inches off the ground (it doesnt have to be exact) but try to do that for about a minute. Really what im trying to get at is your not going to be able to JUST get a six pack you going to have to get your whole body in shape. I would google "core exorcises".

BIG HINT- dont stop eating- very bad. Eat when you’re hungry stop when you’re full, stay away from fast food, salty sweet food and NO alcohol. Alcohol’s a biggie that will screw you over by itself.
You already know how, you eat less and you do sit ups… Just get on with it instead of looking for miracle answers on here!
you will probably not get it in a month and maybe not 6 months but keep working at it and you will get there.

try using about 10 pounds held behind your head for the bicycle, it really works the abs. also, remember, if you have a gut, there’s no such thing as specific weight loss. try running or jogging to get the weight off and the afore mentioned exercises to put the muscle on. people who just do ab exercises will prob just add some muscle to their fat, not make it shrink. good luck! oh, and don’t forget dieting for the weight.
You need to firstly loose all that body fat so your abs can be seen; everyone has abs but just covered by fat, spot reducing is a myth.
You must do cardio this does not ONLY include running but activities that get your heart rate up and sweating a lot. I heard swimming was a great workout. (Notice how all or MOST professional swimmers have really great defined abs.)
Next is to actually do sit ups, crunches, leg-ups, bicycles. To build some muscle in the ab area.
And that’s pretty much it. I don’t think it’s possible to get a six pack
in a month with ”gut sticking out a little” but it is possible over a period of time. A good nutritious meal is also helpful.
