How to get Defined Abs fast (bikini season :) )?

I run up to 6 times a week and do crunches(at least 200) right after I finish my run. Everything feels rock hard like typical defined abs, but they don’t show! Any ideas for improving them, excercises that work really well? What I should/shouldn’t include in my diet? Thanks! :) )))

I was in the same situation and I got great abs and fine muscles using Six Pack Abs

    Use an decline bench with the leg things at the top. Take a weight and put it behind your head and do 8 crunches. Increase weight til you can’t do more than 10 reps.
