How to get better at gymnastics?

I’m a gymnast and I really want to get better and stronger any tips? I’m gaining muscle but want to gain more work harder any tips on a daily/weekly home workout routine?
Also any ideas on what types of foods to eat and meal plans? Help please

    i’m a gymnast and cheerleader.
    i have my walkover, back handspring, tuck, roundoff handsprings and roundoff handsping tuck.

    if your looking to do these thing then i have some great tips.
    okay first off we do warmups at the beginning of gymnastics.
    like pushup pops, buttscoots, army crawls, and walking on our hands.

    we also do pushups, crunches, and starbursts.
    starburts are where you crouch and then jump as high as you can and then land back in a crouch and do it continuously.

    well as a cheerleader i need armstrength to lift my flyers, so alot of these tips are for armstrength also.
    abwork is also necessary, so theres a thing called the 100.

    its where you sit in a v like position so your legs and back are off the ground you flap your arms up and down for 100 counts and then slowly come down.

    its amazing what these things can do. (:
