How to get an 6 pack quick?

I’m 15 and i have nice arms (Sorry to be big headed lol) But still
i haven’t developed a good sexy 6 pack yet. People say doing sit ups would be an good idea, but how many sit ups? 100-150 a day or something? Btw my mom won’t let me go to gym anymore, because she thinks im going to to kill my self one day x_x So no i have to train at home :( any good tips at home?

    Crunches (which is like sit ups except instead of going to your knees lift your self towards the ceiling until you are about 4 to 5 inches of the ground) about 200 every time you do them do like twice a day or as many as you see fit.
    Running I am running 5 miles two times a day
    Squats (these can be done with out weight just go down as low as you can while keeping your feet flat on the ground) 50 of these around 2 to 3 times a day
    High Jumps ( bringing your knees up while jumping) I do around 50 of these twice a day
    Cut down on fattening food.

    and yeah – sit ups and stomach crunches in the morning and night will deffo help :) like 150 of them :)

    Ya sit ups are probably the best way but you should do between 100-200 twice a day.

    100, twice a day for 3 weeks! you should have it now… ive been doing 30 a day for 4 weeks and have a 2pack.. you can have it if you like … i think they look awful on women!

    do yours sets of ab’s seperatly
    I do alot of arm workout aswell (im 17 btw)
    sit up if done right can be done in a few weeks,
    its all about burning the fat around them then toning
    do 3 different types of sit ups
    1. feet close to your bum, and lay back and lift only a little
    2. legs further away back on floor then raise a bit more
    3. lay on your back, knee’s up and legs at 90 degress and bring yourself up this does all of them and for a bonus lay on your back and put your knees up and legs at 90, then tilt your hips without moving your knee’s and keep your back flat on the floor

    Ok men look DON"T DO SIT UPS, DO CRUNCHES , there are very good videos on how to exactly perform a crunch on http://www.youtube.com
    I do 2 sets of 200 each, so a total of 400. Try putting ur feet up on a bed or something. Do 25 regular and complete crunches then 175 umm like 2/3 to a complete crunch to completion. Like 2/3, UP, down but not all the way just like 2/3 to completion . Do 2 sets of 30 Leg raises ( put ur hands below ur butt that’s basically what i do for my abs !!
