lol… you just wasted money if you bought that. "Abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym". Have you ever heard that expression before? With a diet that helps reduce body fat is the only way you will see those abs. You don’t even have to do abs exercises to get abs. Just any kind of full body exercise will work.. And you don’t even have to run your ar se off. Some people say to get those abs showing you have to do alot of cardio… this is not true…

If you want to see some pics. of me go to freetrainers.com and search for me "DaveTheMan26".

It’s the one common thing everyone would probably agree on wanting, yet they’d all disagree on how to say it. For example, some people may want washboard abs, others may prefer a flat stomach. You might want to get six pack abs, but your friend might want ripped abs. Person X would love to have chiseled abdominals, yet Person Y would rather have a slim sexy core. No matter which way you say it (and for the record, I find 99.9% of these ways absolutely hilarious) they all mean the same thing.

The big problem here is that a lot of people don’t seem to actually understand what that is and, even more so, how exactly to get it. So… let’s change that.

With any abs exercise its breath out when pulling your abs to your back (contracting) breath in when stretching.

We have one, my son never uses it,but does crunches and has an incredible six-pack. I use the ab lounge and have had good results. You might want to cut back on your carbohydrates and increase your cardio. The best way for your abs to show is cut the fat around your abs. On the ab lounge.. I do very high reps.. and not every day. Good luck.
