How to get abs, or at least lose a lot of weight?
OK, I am 14 years old, 5’8" or 5’9"-ish tall, and I have a round belly. My mom is kinda fat, and my dad is kinda fit with only a belly, but they both used to be fit before. I barely eat that much and I love playing video games, but I realized that I want to get fit, before High School. I know it’s too late, but before New Years, I want to at least lose 30-50 lbs. and NOT have that flab on my belly. How can I do all these without losing my love for Video games? It’s okay to change my eating style, more chicken, less ice cream sure! But I really want to lose weight before 2011. The reason for my parents stating is because I am curious if genes have anything to do with my fat. I would love to lose weight so working out is alright but what procedures? I want to be fit like Zac Efron but not TOO muscular like Taylor Lautner. No matter how long, I would still do it and may need suggestions on how to do it and how many times a day, how long each day, and what foods? Thanks in advance, and I know I may sound a little too desperate. I AM TIRED of my BIG BODY! I couldn’t even do a single pull-up or ten push ups.

You can’t do a single pull-up? Ouch, you might be a bit big then. I would just keep dedication. Eat as healthy as you can and excersize during the day for a bit. If you want to play video games there will be time at night or an off-day of excersize if you can afford to take one every once and a while.
eat lots of donuts and pasta. pretty much anything with a lot of carbs. then sit on your butt all day and do whatever you want. don’t turn into a douche like zac efron. nobody likes him.

running or riding a bike is good..
I wouldn’t worry too much about pushups, weights and stuff like that for now. All you’ll do is build muscle under the fat. and look TWICE as big ! O:
