try this: alright pool is a great way to start see how many laps you can do when you get home right it down and add 4 laps each time you do it. the 3rd day try and run on the tred mill for as long as you can on about 4 miles per hour, then each day add .5 miles per hour and 4 minutes more on the 5 th day you need to set up a work ouroutineen for your self. try work on your triceps (the bottom of your arm) and on the 6th day add 6 more laps to your work out add 2 miles per hour and 10 more minutes and see what you can curl then on the 7th day you need to bring it all the way add as many more laps as you can and remember what your fighting for and then just keep going run on the tred mill tell your legs hurt so much you dont think you can run another mile and then turn it up and then do as many pullups as you can dont rest between the running and the pull ups and then do as many push ups and then drink 2 full bottles of water then wake up the next moring and weigh your self youprobablyy have lost at least 15 – 20 pounds but dont weigh your self tell the end of the week
