how to get abs for a 130 pound teen boy with a belly?

so, i’m 130 pounds, last time i check. and i am 5 ft 1. i was wondering are there any sites that can help me get ripped (without going to the gym). i want to start jogging every morning and every afternoon. then, i’ll ride my bike. i also heard eating healthy is key. but, some sites that i read said avoiding starchy food. that, i cannot help. i am asian and the only foods we typically eat are rice and noodles and such. please help me. i want to be in the fittest and most healthy as i can by the end of this summer. :) thank you very much for answering! :D :D :D

    well you will have trouble with a staple of rce and noodles in yoru dishes, i would cut them out completely and if you cant do that then go minimal with the rice and noodles, eat lots of fish and chicken, eat 4-5 smaller meals through out the day about 3-4 hours apart and with teh fish and chicken i mentioned as well as alot of fruits and vegtables, drink alot of green tea to it helps
