How to get abs, foods and workouts?

im 16, i play soccer and run almost everyday of the week. i lift three times a week. My abs dont show though. usually once a day i’ll do 100 crunches, 100 bicycles, and 100 side planks. i know thats not enough but sometimes i’ll do an ab workout on demand.

i eat really healthy too, i have fruit with like everymeal, and the only junk food i eat is icecream..
help please.

i really want defined abs!

    You need about a 15% body fat in order to show a 4-6 pack if you’re a woman. But you can get some definition by purchasing an Exercise Ball and doing ball crunches. They’re amazing!

    To get abs in general a person needs to lose a lot of body fat. Most people I know that have abs and are not bodybuilders are the people that run or jog alot.
