How to get a six pack in like two weeks?

How can i get a six pack and larger arms quick…i’ve been working out for a couple of months now and i can’t seem to be getting bigger. I refuse to use pills or what ever. i want to get big the old fashioned way. Any tips. Tanks.

    jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
    evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
    specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
    your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
    to work double on them. The best approach is this:
    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
    weight, lower for overweight).
    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
    an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
    stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
    for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
    that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
    will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
    body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
    to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
    pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
    crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
    ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

    honestly though, it takes months and months of daily training to get huge.

    Not gonna happen my friend. 6 packs take a lot of hard work and time. Not gonna just happen over night. a 6 pack is mostly diet. Running will be your best bet for losing fat around your abs. Alos your gonna need to do at least 100 sit-ups, crunches, whatever ab exercise you do each night to get it. Also if you want to get bigger you might not be getting enough protein to feed your muscle after working out and thats why you havn’t been getting bigger. I know you say that you don’t want to take pills or whatever but prob the best way to put on muscle fast is to get a protein powder from a store.

    you must not be working out enough or your diet isn’t the best. My guess is that your not taking any supplements. By the way, six pack abs dont appear in just too weeks. It going to take longer than just a couple months..

    Dude I know everyone is saying it cant be done but they don’t know about this guys secret. I’ve been using this ebook for three weeks now and i’m pretty happy with abs bro.
