Well if you want them like real fast then do sit-ups for as long as you can while watching tv or something like that, if your like me and hate to do sit-ups, then just run, run, run! That’s what a lot of guys do. Or you can be watching tv and be standing up and touch your left hand with your right foot and vise versa. Like as if you were going do a cartwheel, but you don’t go all the way. That exercise is very effective! Good luck, and girls LOVE 6packs, very sexii
