thanks for your answers

do work son!
Lots of protein. Keep working out. NO STEROIDS!!
Join gymnastics, my moms friends daughter is only 9 and has an 8 pack, and another friend of the family’s kid is 11 and has a 6 pack. and im not even kidding you, they are both ripped its crazy. i use to have a 6pack but i dropped out of gymnastics(2 years ago), but im not kidding you if you join a good gymnastics gym they will work you, your body fat will get low, and you will get a 6 pack, and huge muscles. Gymnastics IS a sport(i don’t care what anyone says) and it is difficult and NOT for wimps and it will work you hard. but it is A LOT of fun, i had to drop out because of health problems but i would love to do it again(i have lung problems(not asthma)) but defintley look into it.
Good luck
go buy one at the store. the kids like mt. dew, right?
well it takes a fake I.D. to get a 6 pack.
you need to look up a work out called 6 pack abs. it is hell to do for an old fat man like me.
Flutter Kicks:
your midsection do the work and to keep your abs constantly contracted throughout the exercise.
Start by lying flat on your back on a mat with your arms by your sides and your palms down. Extend your legs fully with a slight bend in your knees. Lift your heels about 6 inches off the floor. Make small, rapid up and down scissor-like motions with your legs. this works fast.also
Vertical Crunch:
The vertical leg crunch is another effective move for the rectus abdominis and the obliques. To do it right:
1. Lie face up on the floor and extend the legs straight up with knees crossed.
2. Contract the abs to lift the shoulder blades off the floor, as though reaching your chest towards your feet.
3. Keep the legs in a fixed position and imagine bringing your belly button towards your spine at the top of the movement.
4. Lower and repeat for 12-16 reps
work your abs alot!!!
At 16 I do not see any issue why your abs cant show if your following the correct diet and exercise. I had mine when I was 16. Looks like you already got the regular exercise down. So you only need to get a focused ab routine. If that doesnt do the trick you need to look at your diet. Body fat % has a lot to do with if your abs will show or not.
