How to get a Six pack and Pecs?
Now i know im only 14 but i want to know how to get these things..I really want these just to look good and feel good..I appreicate everyone who answers this.

one of the main key things is running and eating rite…doin crunches and pushes ups and pull ups are great but they are not gonna show if you dont run the fat off………….good luck
Sit ups and core strength exercises (swiss balls are great for this) for abs. Pec-deck and benching for chest muscles.
Get into school athletics those got me what i wanted! But don’t work out everyday work out 3-4 times a week. You will build muscle faster! But Swedish rows, sit ups, push ups, and pull ups are great!! I know they’re boring but put some load music on and just go with the beat!
To get pecs, you will need to do exercises like push-ups. bench press, incline bench press, butterflys with dumbells. You should do 3 sets of about 8-10 reps. You must go to failure in order for your muscle to grow. Meaning that on your last repetition of 8 it should be very difficult. If you go until you can’t lift the last rep, then you know that you went to failure.
For your abs:
It is possible to get six pack abs. The problem is all of the garbage on the internet that you have to dig through to find a real answer. The ab machines, ab belts, fat burner pills, and other "ab miracle" products are mostly gimmicks and junk. Before you spend a dime on any of these products, you should listen to a certified personal trainer or nutritional expert on the truth of how to get six pack abs and what actually works.
