How to get a six pack and bigger biceps?
I would like to know a routine or steps you could tell me to getting ripped abs and bigger biceps. If it’s possible could you refer me to a site that tells me what to workout all in one week for getting a six pack and bigger biceps, triceps, etc or you just make me a routine to do every week such as, how many reps to do, how often, etc. All help is appreciated.

run 3 days a week because you need to lose body fat to be able to see that six pack. also you should do dumbell curls 3 times a week with the heaviest weights you can lift 5 times. do as many sets as you can untill you have muscle failure which means you cant lift the weight. also do 500 sit ups with a 30 lb dumbell on your chest 3 times a week.
six pack is all ready their but is hidden by fat
