How to get a six pack?
I’m a young teenage male and I wanted to know how to tone my body. A brief description of myself would include skinny arms, wide thighs, thick stomach, floppy chest… I really want to gain some muscle and lose some fat. My main goals are to build a strong chest and strong abs (aiming for a pack). Could anyone tell me how? Bonus points if you can describe a specific routine. P.S. If it helps, I’m 98 pounds, which is slightly overweight do to my low height for my age.

If you are only 98 pounds and considered overweight, you must be very young. In that case, you shouldn’t be lifting weights. If I were you I would do some push ups, sit ups, jump rope, go for walks, etc. At your age it is very difficult to stick with a diet and you need to lose weight gradually, it will not just fall off. Be active and eat well but remember to treat yourself every once in a while. Seriously, don’t lift weights, at your age it will stunt your growth.

Work out, sit ups, crunches, wait lifting all of that stuff.

Usually a purchase a 6-er of Corona at the friendly neighborhood market but seeing as you are a teenage male i would recommend a beer run.
if you wanna get a six pack…get 10 bucks and go to the store and buy one…..lol…jkjkjk…actually it invloves working out and eating correctly!!!!!!!!!!
I had the same problem, jus do push ups, crunches and walk/jog a lot. Cardio is everything to lose that gut. Do butterflys to strenghthen the chest area. Start off small like 20 each or 35 each everyday and walk a quarter mile, once u knock that down with ease constaly go up.
don’t eat as much!!!! do some friggin exercise… There are many times where i don’t eat anything during the day, but i have a good dinner at night and i have a fairly physical 38hr pw job, i survive.

Maybe coming from a girl you might not think it’s helpful. But honestly I’m really athletic so this is what I do. So since the day is long try to get 100 push-ups, 200 crunches, jog a mile, and if you have a pull-up bar or something then hold yourself up for a minute or so. But to get a 6 pack, mainly crunches.
Join the marines or army, and if you want to really get in shape and don’t mind the dangers try infantry or combat jobs in those branches.
There you will find the foundation and discpline to get in shape.
Or, just eat clean foods and workout hard. Buy arnold shwarnneggers book called enclypedia of body building its a huge book fulled with everything you need to get and stay fit.
Having a good body is more than just weights and a protien shake, its a way of life.
Don’t worry about the six pack being visable for a long long time, focus of building muscles under your fat, then cycle between cardio\weightloss and building muscle.
Don’t worry about pain, your suppose to be sore wen u first start training. Just keep at it and don’t give up if u don’t see results right away. You’ll prolley be the last person to notice anyway.
Your body will adapt and it will become a monster, give your body what it needs, your at an advantage because your young.
