grow some more and itll develop right along.
gotta wait 7 years before you can even think about getting one. There is no way to speed up time so you’re SOL
Well if your white its impossible for you to get a 6 pack sorry it cant happen only blacks can get it. Runnings not going to do shit either
you’re shouldn’t pace you’re sets of situps every hour, you should just do a few sets of situps at one time. like, do a set of 100 and then wait for a minute or two, then do another one. do this a few times and you will feel it the next day lol. if you pace the workouts through out the day, they won’t work for ya. gotta do it all at once.
Idk about how age effects your stomach muscles but i"d say if you keep that up your going to be one ripped dude.keep it up.
Well, you ARE fourteen…so it’s going to take a while for you to actually get something of a solid sixpack. However, my brother is a big workout nut, so I know a few things that will help.
First of all, go to your local gym or invest in some weights. Doing crunches and situps are all good, but you need WEIGHTS in there. Lots of them! Check online for good home exercises. Look up "ab exercises", and you’ll find some AWESOME ones.
The second thing is that you can eat protein after every workout. Eat some meat (like tuna or steak), peanut butter, or just have a protein shake or bar. Protein helps rebuild muscles, since working them out actually tears them apart.
Also, make sure you stretch before doing any exercises. ALWAYS! Otherwise, you could strain something and get hurt. Trust me. I was in a brace for a couple days because I didn’t stretch my legs before doing exercises. Another thing I recommend doing is giving your abs a break every second day. It’s unhealthy to work the same muscle group twice in a row, so take that time to do something else, like your biceps (what’s a sixpack without some chest and arms? :3 ). You’ll look all together MUCH better!
Watch what you eat, because really fatty foods like fast food and just about all junk food will make your belly harder to form.
The last step is one that I would talk to your local pharmacist or your health food adviser with…Creatine. It actually helps with the development of your muscles. HOWEVER, I don’t know whether people under the age of 16-18 should use it, so talk to a professional BEFORE considering putting an investment in that. It could do some serious damage.
I hope those tips help! Don’t go looking for overnight results…or even results within a year. It takes a LONG time to tone these muscles! Just keep at it!
