eat less exercise more, lift weights eat right. there’s not really more to say other than recommend a few exercises… i’d have to say one of my favorite things to do for abs would have to be (a superset!) do bicycles till failure (means you can’t do anymore) then go straight into russian twists without a break until failure again. that works pretty good, if you do it 2-3 maybe even 4 times in a day you will most likely get DOMS a few days later
