How to get a flat stomach without getting a six pack?
This may seem kind of weird but, I want a flat stomach and I am not sure how to get one without getting a six pack. I use to do ab exercises everyday and stuff, and I ended up getting a six pack, not a flat stomach. Any ideas? Thanks

Pilates would be the answer, if you build so much muscle so quickly. You’ll develop a lean, flat stomach as opposed to a six-pack.
