I want to know how to get a really fast six-pack and how many sit-ups will i have to do.I already have a 2-pack.Also, I’m 11 years old.

    do about 500 sit ups twice a day. doesnt matter how long it takes just do them. after about a week doing those every day and the soreness has gone away start doing 250 regular and then 250 inverted like hanging upside down and coming up or hanging off your bed and doing them. then do those sets of 250 twice of day.if you do that everyday for about a month you should be good. just once you feel like it get increasingly harder. watch your food to less fatty foods more protein you cant have a six pack if your fats covering your muscles up. they could be huge but if you dont eat right they wont show. this worked for me

    It is a possibility to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight quickly then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as quickly.     honestly doing hundreds of crunches or sit ups a day pretty pointless you’ll gain endurance but wont get much bigger abs. I would do some weighted crunches, try to do 15-20 sit ups with 10-20lbs behind your head. Also getting a 6 pack is more about diet than exercise, most people have a 6 pack, its just you can’t see it under the fat, but since your 11 that’s probably not the issue.

    ok wow dont listen to any of these ppeople im 12 and i was in the same problem you r now what u need to do is to get a scale with body fat and water percentage you body fat should be about (male)7-8% and (female)12-14% your water percentage should be anywhere from 65 to 80% female and male…i did 100 sit ups at night before i went to bed even tho i should have done them in the morning cuz doing them at night keeps you up longer but i saw results in 3 days like not clear but you could see the riges when i flexed…if your body fat and water arent right eat healthier and drink water…also for fat do cardio work outs for 40 min with a 3 min break inbetween..all i did was join football so that helped..once you have you six pack if its not showing well then u need to detail it get a tan and wax your stomach hair and bam theres your nice washboard six pack…btw i know from expierience
