How to get a 6-pack abs easily!?

Well. I’m just a normal person. NOt too fat not too thin neither. Is there any way that I can get a 6-pack abs in just 1 week?

    to be honest…no there is no magical way in just one week to get a six pack..

    it may take weeks to get a serious six pack but if you do 5-10 minutes of ab work a day and maybe go for 5 30minute runs a week you should definately see a difference

    make sure you each high protein foods because it helps build muscle
    e.g milk, chicken, yogurt, nuts

    About the body fat guy. If you’re at 5% body fat, you’re on the verge of dying. Essential fat is 2-5% fat.

    Athletes have from 8-13% body fat, this is the minimum body fat you can stay healthy at.

    The amount of time it takes will depend entirely on your current level of body fat. To get your abs to show up you need to get your body fat down below 5% or so.
