How To Get 6 pack abs in my condition?

I have a stomach that has some fat in it. Not over weight though.
How much running a day do I need to do to get some fat off of my body? How many sit ups a day do I have to do to get my six pack popping. And if I do this, will I get a 6 pack by November 3rd? 2007?

    the only sure way is for you to get a boyfriend who has one.

    I don’t want to discourage you but in order to achieve this your going to have to modify your lifestyle and the way you eat on a day to day basis. I recommend doing 15-20 min. of running 5 days per week. Doing no less than 150 GOOD CRUNCHES after you running or before, it’s up to you. Start eating water based products such as salads and fruit; and of course white meats that are non fried. Most importantly stick to it and do not give into temptation.
