how to get 6 pack abs as fast as possible?

I am 14 years old and i play soccer a everyday for 2 hours. I want to get abs as fast as possible without having to use those fancy machines. Also i just want to be able to take my shirt off and run around while looking great and in shape. I also have a little bit of fat that i would like to get rid of. Even though I am playing soccer so much the fat wont go away, and i feel that if i am in shape then i will be able to run faster without getting tired as quickly.

    your running with soccer is good cardio exercise, which burns fat. but in order to "tone up" and get a six pack, you need to do weight-training, but not everyday. think every other day (your body needs one day to recover from lighting weights). so do crunches and sit-ups 3 to 4 days a week and you should see a difference pretty quick–especially since you are so young. good luck!

    Well I play football and how I got my abs was just by doing a variety of sit ups everyday. I would do at least 100 sit ups before bed each night. And there is also other types of sit ups such as laying down and putting your right foot on left knee and bringing your left elbow to your right knee, and vice versa. That is just one type, and eat healthy. Email me if you have any questions.

    Do crunches, push ups, sit ups, and run a lot!

    Crunches, pushups, pullups…and eat healthy. no fast foods and stuff like that. eat whole grain foods like wheat and stuff
    stay away from white bread…eat lean protien like fish turkey and chicken.
