My second advice is to not expect perfect abs within the first week of working out. But keep thinking, "Hey, I’m seeing improvement." Doing this will push yourself in wanting to do more. It does for me. Third and most of all, be confident about it and STICK WITH IT! Don’t think that cause your seeing improvements means that they will stay like that. Make them better.
