How to gain body mass and get toned muscles?

I am 6’2" and 175 lbs and want to gain body mass and get more toned muscles. I have a somewhat thin physique and want to get more bulk in the right areas. I drink protein and work out (mostly low reps high weight). I’ve also been thinking of drinking green tea to tone the muscles but I don’t know if it’ll help. Any suggestions on what to do to get the best results in what I want to accomplish would be greatly appreciated.

    Ya ya, berries. whatever. you need a HIGH protien diet. I mean 175 grams a day. and about twice that in complex carbs to bulk. if you want to stay toned while you build it will take a lot longer but it can be done. keep your carbs at about the same as your protien.

    Exercising helped me to tone up a load after I joined it along with taking acai berry.
