How to build a six pack quickly?

Ok well i want a six pack and fast. I want a six pack before september. I am 13. I have to confess, i have no arm muscle at all and id also like to build that up to by september. Please help!!! Thanks in advance :)

    a friend of mine built up almost 30 lbs of muscle in a half year. Start now. Go to the gym, the recreation center wherever and start lifting some weights. Start small, but not impossibly small, and gradually go higher. You won’t see any change in your body if you lift the same amount every day, but at the same time don’t go from like 5 lbs one day to 50 lbs.

    Plus you are a guy. You don’t have to deal with PMS and weight fluctuations. -_-

    Also, change your diet up a bit. Stay away from those bagels. I mean it! Try some yakisoba or just soba noodles. My mother used to make it for me all the time and I found I had more energy to work out after eating them. They might be a bit difficult to find, but it works. Lean ground beef might also help. Make a hamburger or something with whole wheat burger buns and just tear into that sh**. Don’t overdo it though. Add some veggies too. Some oatmeal helps too. You want to eat foods with protein in them to give you more energy to work out.

    A six pack.. is kind of like.. the ultimate perfection. You might get arms and a chest before the 6 pack comes in 100%. And you probably don’t need me to tell you this because you are 13, but stay away from the alcohol. You can RUIN a 6 pack in this way completely.

    I’m a girl, 14 and I want at least a four pack cause flab is nasty. So basically what I do is do 100-200 sit ups everynight before you go to bed. I did that for about 3 months altho I was lazy at times but now when I flex I see the four pack! It works great just drink ALOT of water and eat healthier.

    Well it depends if you are fat and how fat you are from your belly. If you have any fat in that area, your priority is to lose all that fat. As for the six pack (and your arms) I would HIGHLY recommend you try P90X (if you have the money and the will for 90 days). It is very challenging and demanding or your body but boy are those results amazing!

    It works great but do keep in mind that you should have a healthy diet.
