How often should i train my abs to get 6 pack faster?

btw I am 14

Anyway
Right now i am exercising my abs 15 mins in the morning, 15 in the afternoon and in the evening for 10 mins. All of these before eating apart from the evening one. I do this every day,

Is it good? Or should i train every other day? Which is best to get lowered amount of body fat and get 6 pack?
I nearly have a six pack btw.

    Abs or no different to any other muscle in your body they respond to stress. Muscles grow because you put them under stress (weight lifting ect) the muscle fibres tear and create micro tears within the muscle fibre and then the grow back hopefully stronger and bigger if you have eaten a good diet like you should be! so if you want big bulgy abs then train them once a week hard like any muscle in your body. At most twice. But remember a 6 pack hugely depends on the layer of fat that sits ontop of this muscle group so for good ab definition u should be looking at 10% body fat or less depending on how well developed your abs are.

    I read that you should work out every other day to get the max muscle built because if you do it everyday you could over exercise.

    dude chill ur beans ur to young to worry about that, but if you have to get a pilates ball its much easier and more effective

    it would be best to do it every other day, to give your abs a rest in between, also you could try it while holding a 5 to 10 pound weight by your chest.

    What you are doing now is fine, but if you start to find it very easy, add a few minutes each time, each week, until you can manage thirty minutes.
    The body fat is down to the amount of sugars, carbohydrates you eat, reduce sugar, bread and potatoes in your diet and you should be quite lean!

    actually abs are pretty easy to get out, but it totally depends on your weight, your body fat haS TO BE ABOUT 10% or less, thats when you can see them well enough, and doing ab exercises about tree or four times aweek will do the job in no time
