how much time does it take (estimate) to get flat abs?

i am a female and i want to know if 8 months is long enough to get flat abs if i exercise consistently and eat a clean, healthy diet 90% of the time. Which means have a cheat meal every 18 days and a "junk food" like chips or cookies every 20 days. Would this get me vanessa hudgens or jessica alba body/abs?

    It depends how big you are now. Do plenty of cardio and core workouts. Pilates definitely helps. Good luck!
    It took me about 3 weeks to get abs, but I was never that big to begin with.

    Yes, you can easily get flat abs in 8 months if you eat healthy and drink lots of water.

    However, do not forget that you need to workout on a weekly basis apart from the weekends.
    (use weekends as your rest days)

    You can start by doing 30-45 minutes of cardio a day followed by the following:

    3x 20 sit-ups
    3x 20 crunches
    2x 25 push-ups
    (increase these amounts overtime)

    This will get you into shape in your 8-month period of exercising.

    Actually, by following my guidance, you’ll probably experience more than just flat abs, actual abs.
