How much cardio should I do too get 6 pack abs?
Right now I’m 17, 5’10", weight 205 and my fat is 20%. I wanna bring my fat down to single digits by Thanksgiving. How much running and biking should I do every day?

doing just cardio will not give u a six pack but it will take he fat off ur body. if u want to get a six pack u gotta do crunches and situps 3-4 times a week for 5-10 mins of different ab exercises without break. u gotta do a lot of nutrition work too cuz its like 70% of the results. eat tuna, sarden, wheat bread only, chicken and turkey breast, lean meat, beans, vegetables and fruits and brown rice. there are more but u can also trick ur body into losing weight just IM me at anoshorahim@yahoo.com ……..just run like 1 mile every other day and increase like a quarter mile whenever u feel comfortable. i was in the navy in a special forces division (SEALS) so we would run 4 miles before breakfast and 4 miles before lunch. right now, i run 5 miles every other day to stay in shape and i do 60 mins of non stop calisthetics without break. but thats because i’ve been training for a while now. anyway, just IM me if u need to know more details for help.
cardio does not give you a six pack. it will cut the fat off you, then your going to need to do ab exercises.
Try running 2 miles a day, 5 days a week. Skip at least 2 days a week. Alternatively, do 3 hard days of running ( 5 miles) on every other day. On the light days, just stretch.
