How many situps should i do a day to get a 6 pack or even tone up?

don’t listen to those giving you numbers of situps…the best workout you can do is incorporate cardio into an overall workout routine. Burn all the fat that is covering the abs.

start with 500 you dont have to do all 500 at one time maybe 200 now in a hour another 200 half an hour last 100
100-300 a day is what I’d recommend. However, it’s not so much how many you do as it is your commitment to doing it regularly. You could do 100 a day every day and get better results than if you did 300 every once in a while. Make yourself work on it every day and you WILL see results.

Don’t just do sit ups. Do leg lifts, and do sit ups while lolding a weight on your chest or above your head. There is no specific number to do. But do 15 sets of 15 and that should be enough to build your abs. But building your abs won’t give you a six pack unless you get rid of the fat on your stomach. That can only be done by doing a lot of cardio.
dont excise every day only do it 4 time a wk u have to rest yr body and do to much or u will end up damaging it just do what ever u fel comftable with and when it starts to pain do a couple of more and rest in time u will get up to a steady amount and u will have a six pack

All the sit ups in the world wont do anything if you dont lower your fat content. That is just fact, I dont want you doing a thousand situps and wondering why they dont poke through.
You need to be lean, or you can forget the idea before you start.
First off it does not matter how many you do, it matters how well you do them. If you can do good quality situps, but only say 50, then just do 50, dont do anymore if you can’t do them right. If you do 200 bad situps it won’t do anything for you. but if you can do good quality 50 situps it will do more for you. As you get stronger try to do a few more everyday and work up slowly to 100-200 a day. Remember quality not quantity.
Start with 3 lots of 50 every day, but increase the number of sit ups each week. Also, do some weighted crunches, crunches with a weight on your chest. This is excellent at building ab muscle, therefore making it look more defined.
You should do one situp(then forget sit ups), stand up, walk out the door, buy lots of tuna and lean cuts of meat.
Run, jog, cycle. Eat well on a daily basis.
Your abs will show in about two weeks
