How many sit ups a day would i have to do to get a six pack? p.s im a girl i don’t know if that matters though?

i dont mean a wierd muscley six pack but onesuitable for a teenage girl. i am slightly (ok pretty) overwieght and i need to lose weight for self esteem how many sit ups a day, i have a crazy busy schedule

    if you have fat on your tummy then no matter now many sit ups you won’t see a difference. you will have a six pack, but the fat will hide it. it sucks, i know :(

    that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t keep up with it. include cardio in your workout routine to burn off the fat while you are doing sit ups so when the fat eventually goes away you will see a nice toned tummy!

    I’d say around 50 a day, once you know your improving on your wait, cut it down. Don’t go over extreme on a ‘girl six pack’, just to where it’s sexy on a girl.

    Walk 30 to 60 mnutes per day and do 100 sit ups in the morning 100 in the afternoon and 100 at night

    Just get veryy active. take a 20 min bike ride everday. eat helthier for 3 weeks. buy a scale. have you improved? if not then keep following your heart in what you should do.

  • dang im lucky i was forced to eat healthy i had and still have acid reflux, im borderline lactose, and i was malnurished for awhile so i got into the habit of eating well. i used to be only 105 Ibs( im 5″11) and now im 138 pounds and 90% of me is muscle. my diet consist of alot of protein and i dont worry to much about calories? cause those burn off easy for me
