How many crunches should i do a day too get a six pack?

Im 16 weight 144lbs and 5.7 I run in the morning and at night. So how many cruches should i do? I dont know what rep or sets mean so i would be nice to put the actually number.

    ok that is good that you are running that is a good way to lose weight and as far as the crunches you should do 100 a night do 25 a rep so you do 25 take a break and do another 25 then repeat until you have done 100 and continue to do it until you have your six pack

    Crunches aren’t the best way to get a six pack. There are better ways, and it is possible to get six pack abs. The problem is all of the garbage on the internet that you have to dig through to find a real answer. The ab machines, ab belts, fat burner pills, and other "ab miracle" products are mostly gimmicks and junk. Before you spend a dime on any of these products, you should listen to a certified personal trainer or nutritional expert on the truth of how to get six pack abs and what actually works.
