What I suggest doing, if you are real determined, is to buy a body fat scale and measure your percentage over the months you work out. Abdominal muscles repair extremely quickly so I can see you getting a six pack within 2 months if your bodyfat is in the right margin.

It’s not a matter of months if you have weight to lose. As a female, you need about 8 – 11% body fat to be able to see abs.
If you don’t have any weight to lose or fat to get rid of, getting a six-pack would take maybe 2 – 3 months with every-other-day training.
