How long will it take to get a six pack?

If I Jump Rope for 45 minutes every morning and do two sets of 20 sit ups a night. How long will it take to get a six pack. I have a little bit of baby fat.

    Firstly concentrate to get ride of the fat. That is easy to get over by sticking to a strict diet.

    You can then start a work out plan which will bring you the best results in the least possible time. For that you need to take an experts’ opinion.

    sit ups dont burn off stomach fat.they only make the muscle stronger.

    diet is key to getting visible abs

    how long it takes totally depends on how good ur diet is and where your body is at now.

    I go to the gym five days a week. Do cardio for 50 minutes and lift an hour and 10 minutes. I then do three different ab workouts but I do 5 sets of 20 reps for each. That’s 300 reps five days a week. My stomach has gotten tighter but nowhere near a six pack. At the rate your going it will probably take you years. I think if you did my routine you would see results in three months (I’ve been at it for three but I like my sugar : ) ). Good luck, you can do it!

    a long time….but you got to change your diet too, to something less fatting and burn more calories

    It is good to get into a routine – but also watch what you eat and how often you eat. Six small meals is better than 3 full meals.

    Sit ups will build muscle not expose 6 pack abs.

    My work out is 50 mid and 25 heavy dumbells every other day hold a plank for 1 minute 3 reps

    100 sit ups a day and 50 bicyle crunches a day

    my diet is very tight but it works

    and i jog 10 mins a day play tennis football and i swim on firdays and it took about 4 months and im 13 so i dont know but try mine you WILL see results ;)
