How long will it take me to get a 6-pack?

I’m currently 11stone, and don’t eat that healthily.
I’ve been doing 100 situps every day for about a week now, and would like to know how long it will take before I start seeing results?

    First, the key to the legendary 6-pack is diet and aerobics. If you do not eat healthy, and run/bike/play some type of sport; you will never achieve the 6-pack.

    Second, Doing 100 situps everyday will not help you. Your abs adjust to stress very quickly, therefore you must add in additional variations of the exercise to really work them.

    Finally, if you combine a proper diet(this is different for everyone, look it up), aerobic exercise, and several ab workouts; you will attain a 6-pack. But keep in mind anything worth having will take time and work. This endeavor could take months.

    No one builds a 6-pack overnight.

    a long time. you’re gonna have to do alot of core stuff, eat better, and maybe even go for a jog for like 20 min..

    I think reducing body fat depends on what you eat.

    Not eating healthy, the answer is "never will."

    well i can tell your not really serious if your eating garbage and performing an outdated exercise that only ends up hurting your back…
