How long will it take me to get 6-pack abs?

I try to do at least 100 sit-ups everyday, and run for about 20 minutes. If I continue to do this how long will it take me to get 6-packs? And if you think that 100 sit-ups is not enough then what else should I do to achieve faster results

    no no, no no no…. see what you are doing does help your muscles grow BUT what it does not do is take the layer of fat from your stomach see, you need to go on a diet if you want the "washboard" stomach…. just think of it as you have blood under your skin but until you cut the skin out you wont see the blood if that makes any sence… but deff. give your muscles a rest… the running is good and all but what you are doing when you do that is you are tearing TINY cuts into your abdominals so they need time to heal… if you want to go hard core with it do 50 reps 4 times a week… and if you want to loose weight fast eat 8 small meals a day… i could go on forever about this but my fingers would fall off and im sure youd get tired of reading… but take a good look at a food diagram and incorporate the percentage of what you need into the 8 meals… and i would invest in some vitamins- NOT STEROIDS or anything like them- they will kill you
