How long will it take me to get 6 pack abs?

I am 14 5ft7 123lbs and 8% body fat. I already kind of have a 4 pack when I flex. How long will it take to get a clear full blown 6 pack (assuming I do crunches 5 days a week)?

    Everyone is different try not to set yourself a timetable but it sounds like you are very close!

    Try not to Rush these things, obv you are still young and I am to ashume you are doing it for an image and maybe to impress someone, but you need to build on other parts on your upper body too.
    For your 6pack try to do as many Crunches as you can, take a 1min break and do as many as you can again, you should aim to do 30 a min if you do it correctly. remember to take at least one day off for rest.
    the reason I say do as many as you can (and I mean really push yourself) is because the more you tear your muscle the better it becomes once it has healed.
    then move on to push ups and pull ups for the higher parts of your body. A 6pack looks better if you have the arms and neck to go with it.

    ok….. i had an 8 pack when i was 14 1/2 (not joking it wasnt 100% done yet but i was close)

    i do a seemingly simple set of workout (just 1)

    60 crunches a day for at least a month will give very visible results

    HOWEVER: The way i do situps/crunches is different…

    if you have a situp machine that can elevate you off the ground alot then do 45-60 (60 is better) with it elevated to the max BUT BUT BUT do not go all the way down…. keep your back elevated off the ground at all times…..

    if you do not have a situp machine then on the floor anchor your feet under somthing heavy…. hold your arms off the ground about 2 inchis (i do this and im not sure if it makes a difference)

    then do 60 crunches go a little bit up and then down but do not touch the ground with your back…

    i lost my 8 pack because i stopped working out and started eating alot…

    but recently i started my workouts again and within days! not even joking i noticed my abs forming very nicely
