How long until I get a six pack? Picture included.?
Hi there!
I am 13 years of age and over the last what, 3-4 days have been trying to achieve those dream abs! I do plenty of cardio everyday – badminton/jogging/boxing, and also do 100 normal and reverse crunches along with lot’s of bicycle and leg lifts. I am on quite a strict healthy diet, eating plenty of fruit/veg/cerial and drinking lot’s of water.
I am trying to achieve the 6 pack before the 19th, which gives me 19 days from now before I go on holiday.
The below pictures are of what I have achieved over the past 3-4 days of trying.

Something that’s had me wondering: When lying down and by lifting my neck up just the slightest I get that dream six pack, literally, but when I tense while standing up I can only achieve a 4 pack and if I’m lucky, the outline of a six pack. I’m wondering if I am tensing wrongly, if someone could describe the exact way to tense properly that would be greatly appreciated!
Estimations on how long it will take me following this routine and of course, more suggestions to improve my workout would also be great!

Yes I know Livee, sorry I worded it wrong – I have been working out for only 3-4 days. I understand it’s not going to come that fast! ![]()

try running,protien shakes they work really great, and crunches
Do lots of crunches and you’ll be good. If not, oh well. Who’s gonna care?…
You won’t get a six pack over 3 days mate!
Keep doing what your doing and I’m sure in a month you’ll get one.
Heyy im a swimmer and most of the guys in our club have got six packs we train 9 times a week for 2 hours in the pool and an hour out of the pool doing landtraining. To tone you abs you should try crunches,sit ups,toe touches,v-sits,leg lifts and roof reaches. they should tone your abs and there giving you a six pack but my six pack is not noticable and it looks pretty much like yours soo it could take a long time

Yeahh im no expert at this and im 13 so yeah… but if im understanding it correctly everyone has a six pack, it’s just whether you can see it or not. Eating a healthy diet will burn the tummy fat and really pop out them abs (not saying your fat) Crunches will help, also do sit ups and other things
But these will only strengthen your abs. Oh and btw ive got a six pack but the abs are not in line/ allign. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this.

to xconnor as u grow up ur abs starts to shift and will not be align. Wen i was 12 years old my abs were align but now at 13 they started to shift. This happens to most ppl and the process isnt reversable.
