How long does it take to get six pack abs?
I got a 32 waist and im a guy. Im 6"3 and im 186 pounds, so how long estimated would it take to get a six pack doing just a regular routine of crunches?

Most people I train start getting visible abs within a few weeks, but aren’t ripped until a few months.
Your genetics and your current body fat percentage will play a significant role in estimating the time it takes to ‘get abs’, but I’d use the above as a general estimate.
Probably 5-6 months.
It depends on how much cardio you do,,,, if you have fat over your stomach then you can run until all the fat is gone. You also need to be on a nutritional diet and stop eating junk food. If you have a flat stomach with no fat then it will probably take you 2 months of alot of sit ups until you start seeing some nice pack of abs
It really depends on how much work you put in dude , so if you put in more week it will come much faster ,Try Sit-Ups, Leg-Ups, Crunches, The Plank, The Russian Twist and Pike-Ups. You should really feel your stomach burn and almost a little sick if you do these well. Don’t worry though because these pains wear off quickly and you will see results very soon.
That’s just the basics , If you need anymore help with it , you can get full scale , gym/diet routine to help you get muscle twice as fast http://www.RealMuscleMen.info , I use it myself and its very good dude
good luck
I’m not sure what your current bodyfat % is, so it’s hard to say. But, if you stick to a proven program and really get your diet in line I would say you can start to see progress in about 4 to 8 weeks.
You’ll never get abs just doing crunches. You need a variety of exercises to hit all the ab muscles, both weighted and non-weighted.
Doing crunches only works the upper abs. At your weight and height, it should take around 4-6 weeks to have a well defined 6 pack if you followed a proper routine like this one:
