Anyway, have you seen my abs on my 360?….if not go there and take a peak. I work my abs every other day and they look great. And i only work on em’ for 11 min. at a time….Good Luck!
What she said, plus try different crunches, like the bicycle, leg lifts while laying on your back, the AB ROLLER, a personal favorite, ect. But don’t expect them to come overnight…
Depends a lot on what your tummy is like before you start and also how much you work out. By the way, it’s actually not as effective to do sit-ups/crunches everyday. It’s better to do them 2-3 times a week. It’s also helpful to rotate jogging with sprinting, as when you sprint you actually flex your abdominal muscles and work them out.
i’m working on the same thing. i’m already somewhat fit, and i talked to a trainer who said with proper diet and exercise i should be there in about 10-12 weeks- if that gives you any idea.
No one should be able to answer this question. It’s all about how much you eat and how much you exercise. You will not get a flat stomach with abs unless you get rid of the fat on top of it. And you can only do that by doing a calorie deficit by eating less… and doing aerobics and cardio at least 3 times a week.

40 Full SIT UPS (not crunches) every day for 2 months. Thats what did it for me. I grow muscles fast so it might be more for others.
