All you need is to jog every morning and eat 3 coarse meals. Then lift occasionally between the weeks.

Try some cycles and leg raises they a very hard but very good for your abs I’m 13 and only have a four pack I do a work out most days and go for jogs around my town just keep going and don’t stop you’ll eventually get one. I went on a you tube video for fast abs and it really works it takes like 10 minutes a day. I go for a 45-60 minute jog then do an abs workout then do some weights. It really helps.

    Good Luck

I cant give you a timeline, nobody can, everyone is different, but i will tell you that it IS possible for you to get a sixpack at that age. With the right combination of cardio, good diet (dont need lot of veggies lots and lots of meat and eggs, you will need it cause it will be difficult for you to build muscle at your age with little protein in your diet.) And muscle building exercises, you should have a sixpack in no time.
First off, Treadmills are horrible, you do much less work on the tredmill than you do when actually running because on the tredmill, the machine is doing all the work for you, when using the treadmill you are only pushing up, When running, you are pushing your weight forward instead of just upwards.
Second, Try doing more pushups, pushups work your whole upper body including your abs.
Third, Do pullups. Pullups are literally the greatest exercise ever. They work every thing above the waist and there are countless variations that you can perform to obtain maximum effect.
