How long does it take to get a six-pack and what exercises should I do?

I’m 14, I have little to no fat on me. I do 75 sit ups every day. I already have a line down the middle of my stomach and when I’m laying down I have a six pack but not when I’m standing, more of a four pack then.

I was in the same situation and I got great abs and fine muscles using Six Pack Abs

Just continue doing your sit ups everyday. Make it a 150 rep. per day. to have a great effect. Exercise everyday. Eat up healthy foods. For you to have a great packs.

Well first off you don’t work out the same muscle every day..second off sit ups are "OK" for the abdominal area. You gotta mix it up. Do some leg lifts, take a 10 pound weight and stay in a sit up position for as long as you can, do some planks "very good for the core", and do some push downs on a cable pully while keeping your arm and shoulder stiff and straight while pushing down with your stomach.."very good for the obliques". You don’t have to do a crazy amount of sit-ups to look good.

A natural way to get stronger/bigger abdominal muscles would be eating protein before exercise. Eg, eggs, meat or even supplementary tablets (if you are vegetarian or vegan). You need to be getting your daily nutrients so eat lots of fruit and veges as yuck as they may be. Also, you might want to go for a half and hour run or swim every second night along with your 75 sit ups because the more you train the more you gain.
Also, it is probably best if you aren’t doing sit ups. this grinds the plates in your back and may not be good for you later on in life. Try doing the same amount in crunches. Crunches give you the same amount of exercise and don’t grind the plates in your back.

Good luck on getting your 6 pack! :)

If what you’ve said is true – that you have little to no fat on you (and I’m inclined to believe you), then the problem is you are lacking muscle in your abdomen. Doing more crunches may help a little, but what you need to do is actually train your abs like its a real muscle group (which it is!).

Start doing weighted crunches – this will really help develop those upper abs:

Also, for your lower abs, you’ll never get any definition from crunches (and it’s your lower abs that I’m assuming you can’t see). You need to do leg raises!

when u reach a 10% body fat ur six pack will show
unless u do alot of ab excersises to the max then ur abs will show but bulge
and that will take a while
    prolly half a year to a year…

Here are some things that work best for me.
    Running about a mile
doing about 2 reps of 250 crunches
go from cardio one day and then switch to weights the next
    eat healthy.
    Stairs or hills

these might sound not fun at first. Trust me. After a couple weeks it gets easier. I’m about your age so I know it sucks. Once it’s all done, it’s all Gunnar be tottally worth it
