How long does it take to get a six pack and overall muscular body WITHOUT supplements?
I mean by just hard work, good diet and right amount of cardio exercises and weight etc. Please dont post any of that "Get ripped in 4 weeks" stuff. I’m just wondering how long it will take to get a six pack from my current body, ( im fairly slim and fairly muscular). If anyone has a workout, a link would be much appreciated. Thanks

You didn’t specify what a ‘overall muscular body’ is whether you want to be a fitness models level of muscle or a bodybuilder, or just an average looking guy with a good physique. I’ll go off the last option.
Getting abs isn’t hard to do, it’s just a matter of getting low body fat, somewhere between 6% and 10% will show abs for everyone, and up to 12-15% for the rare few. All that means is doing cardio and getting your heart rate up over 150BPM for an extended period 15-45mins 3 times a week. Doing that and eating right will get you dropping weight like never before. If you’re current state of ‘fairly muscular’ isn’t enough once you have lost the weight, try going to the gym 3 times a week and focusing on HEAVY compound lifts, (dead lift, squat, bench press, barbell rows.. etc) exercises that use More than 1 joint and as a result cause maximum muscular hypertrophy. To increase muscle building, eat 1-2g of protein to every gram of body weight and spread this out over 6 meals daily. Having 6 meals daily means that you wont over eat in one sitting , and also that your metabolism will increase, which in turn means that you burn more calories = lower body fat.
