how long does it take to get 6 pack abs if i have a flat stomach already?

do you have a 6pack? if yes what moves do you do? how many weeks til i have abs if my stomach is flat?

    yes i have a 6pack. i do the regular crunches these work really well if your an athlete as i do at least 400 per soccer practice. i would suggest doing crunches in your spare time instead tv,or video games ( not saying you do im just using that as a example) im not sure however how long it would take to get a 6pack

    Im in high school and i just kept working out and it came in 3-5 weeks. i didn’t do any crunches or ab workouts. just free weights. but im sure if all you want are abs get a medicine ball and do crunches with it. first once a day then twice a day. you’ll get thous abs in no time.

    Use 8 min abs on yourtube..everyday..it works wonders..
    you’ll see results in like 3weeks tops..
    Its great but you have to do it everyday and rest weekends..and eat healthy even though your stomach doesnt have much fat it helps to show more muscle

    All depends on what your doing. Your not going to get abs quickly if you don’t have muscles down there. Do decline situps and leg raises every other day. Limit your sugar intake and run to burn of fat.

    i just swam for 2 years back in highschool..but that was like 4 years ago, surprisingly, i still have them, but i usually, do those perfect pushups, or reg situps….but thts just me

    I had a flat tummy when I started working on my abs. I did 200 situps a day for two months. Never missed a day. I saw results by then. Have had a six pack for over 6 yrs now. Easy to maintain once you get it if you dont gain any weight.

    your abs need to be appear and that by burning the fat above it and that will be by cardio training and cutting the calories intake and after that you can start to make your abs strong with crunches and push ups

    Remember.. a six pack is made in the kitchen.

    Please don’t say your doing 1000 crunches a night because it wont work trust me.. you have a flat stomach because you have a thin layer of fat over your abs. You only need to eat the right foods that aid fat burning and start undertaking cardio. Such as jogging, gymnastics (one of the best for toning) or even just lifting light weights with high reps.

    If you eat right and carry on the training you should see a noticeable improvement in a 3-4 weeks. Just remember you only need to do crunches for core strength.. not to burn the fat.

    Ultimately your just lowering your body fat percentage. You need less than about 12% body fat to have a good six pack.

    You only need to do abs weight training to improve the size of your abs.

    It depends a lot on your age and what you eat, but in general, I would say 4 to 6 weeks doing normal abs (situps) for the upper part and that exercise where you lay down and lift both legs at the same time for the lower part (there is also a version of it where your legs hang and you lift them up). About 100 of each exercise type each day should get you there in 4 to 6 weeks.

    And remember: it’s not about building volume, but about burning fat, so it’s more important to do more with little resistance than a few with a lot of resistance.

    YEAH!!!! FIRST OF ALL IT TOOK ME 3 MONTHS. DO 200 PUSH UPS A DAY AND ULL BE RIPPED LIKE ME!! THIS TOTALLY WORK. I CAN NOW DO 580 PUSH UPS IN A ROW NONSTOP, BEFORE THAT I COULD ONLY DO 20 BUT NOW I CAN DO A LOT MORE. GET RIPPED DUDE. THE THING THAT MOTIVATED ME WAS GETTING THE FINEST GIRLS. I USED TO BE FAT, BUT I RAN 4 HOURS A DAY FOR 6 MONTHS AND LOST 70 POUNDS, FROM 190 TO 120 :) THEN I DID PUSH UPS FOR SOME 3 MONTHS AND NOW IM AWESOME AND I CAN GET ALL THE GIRLS I WANT. I ALSO DO GRAFFITI :) WHICH IS BETTER CUZ U NEED TO BE SKINNY FOR THAT AND U NEED TO JUMP FENCES AND CLIMB AND ALL THAT SHIT!!!! 3 MONTHS MAN!!! PUSH UPS!!!!!!!! PEACE!!!!
