How long does it take to develop a six pack with an already flat stomach?

I already have a visible muscle on a flat stomach and want to develop a ripped six pack. I’m working out my abdominal muscles regularly. I’m just wondering about how long will this take me?
Thanks a lot & 10 points for you!

First you want to find out what your body fat percentage is…

Based on what you eat you can still gain muscle and fat and have the same proportiongs in the muscle/fat percentages…

Your abs exist regardless of how big they are… If you want them to be more defined, i would worry less about gaining muscles mass in your abs and worry more about toning and reducing your body fat.

Something as simple as an alteration to your diet or doing more cardio can make a huge difference.

Well if you already have a flat stomach than it will def. be a lot faster for yuor six pack to show. Just stay consistent with doing abdominal exercises and you should be good in about 6 months or8 depending on how much you work out a day…. :)

You can get a six-pack at the 99¢ Only Store, …. I usually get
root beer or their nutritional drinks.

O.K. , just joking about that last part.

There is no such thing as spot reduction when it comes
to losing calories. Our bodies lose calories (and fat)
evenly throughout the entire body. This is the way our
    metabolism works.

For nice looking and well-defined abdominal muscles,
you’d need to exercise your entire body, not just your
abdominals, do cardiovascular exercise & running.
This is what you should do to achieve the best ripped ‘look’,
so that your legs and arms shall look lean too.

I mean, why just work out your abdominal muscles, what is
    the point of that ?
For best fitness you should work
out your entire body, including your feet and hands, your neck, your (lower) legs, your biceps, your back, and so on,.
