How fast can i get my six pack back?
I weight 160 and stand 5 foot 10 , How fast can i get my six pack back. The last time I had it was 3 years back.
I currently sit on my chair all day and go to gym 3 times a week and eat healthy.

I am ready to commit for anything that feels right.
