How does a kid get a six-pack and arm strength?
im 11 years old, will be 12 next month, weigh 120 pounds. how do i get a six pack and arm strength? i am enrolling in karate and doing 5 minute exercises everyday and have been since yesterday August 20.

Same as anyone else. A visible 6-pack is 70% diet, 20% cardio, and 10 % core workouts. (not the reverse like many believe)
70% of our competitive gymnastics team is under 10 years old — and they ALL have visable 6 packs. Boys and girls. AGE has nothing to do with the ability to tone muscle.
Arms are about curls and flies (if you use dumbbells) or even better for your age — push ups and pull ups. As many as you can improving the number of reps as the days pass. Don’t get hung up on how many reps you can or can’t do. As long as your form is good, and your making progress — that’s all that counts!
well your a little young to get a six pack but when i was 12 i realized i want that strong at all so i started working out a little
to build some arm muscle i do about 1000 pushups a day that will help a lot but dont do 1000 straight what i do is say your watching tv during commercials you do 10 pushups with a 8 second break then do 10 more repeat for about 10 commercial breaks
you shouldnt get abs that young you can build muscle but dont get abs
