How do you lose stomach fat?

Im 18 and have always felt insecure about my stomach fat im about 5ft 5 and about 10 and half stone and when i sit down my tummy has rolls or well one big fat roll and 1 roll under my bra its really horrible and im not exaggerating it is really bad even when i stand up you can see that it is fat round there. I eat more or less healthly i have a healthy meal at dinner but mums cooking is lovely and i always have more than 1 portion sometimes 3 if there was a roast dinner. I dont think im fat but i just hate my stomach its fat everywhere else is fine im happy with i am a curvy girl but i dont mind being curvy but i do want to lose a bit of weight and deffinetly lose the tummy. Ive been trying to do situps i can only do about 10 but will this help i heard that theres no point in doing situps until youve lost the tummy fat is this right? Also what foods do i need to cut out to get rid of the tummy rolls i dont really eat much in the day so i dont understand what im doing wrong. Im planning on doing the special k diet for breakfast and lunch and then having a normal meal in the evening but what should i not be eating? I excercise about once a week! But also when it comes to weekends i just breakout and i suffer with alot of stress so when i feeling down i have comfort food which is really bad but i dont know how to get over this any ideas? Your help would be much apperciated Thanks

    you need to cut down to just one portion for starters! eat more fruit and veg and cut down on your carb/fat/sugar intake. exercise at least 3 times a week too. weight loss is simple, calories in < calories out
