How do you get muscles at home?
I’m 15 years old, and I’m pretty skinny. I’m a little over 100 pounds. I wanna know how I can get muscles at home, without any equipment. I’m not interested in becoming extremely buff, but I am interested in having a fair bit of muscles. Are there any ways of having them at home without any equipment. What are some exercises I could try, and how much and often should I do them?

what i do….is do lots of pushups…about 50 or more everyday..dont do too much because you’ll be sore the next day if you do too many.

Just do a lot of push ups, run, sit ups, and eat haealthy. Thats what i do
