		<description>i do leg ups and six in inches,  a leg up is when you put your legs straight and lift them 90 degrees and six inches is when you keep your legs straight and lift them 6 inches off the ground for a  minute or so. do two sets of thos for a week and you&#039;ll see a result.</description>
